Bangladesh-Afghanistan series in UAE after Asia Cup
Afghanistan will play an ODI and T20 series against Bangladesh in October. The series to be held in the United Arab Emirates will consist of three matches each in two formats.
The series will be held after the Asia Cup. The Asia Cup in the T20 format will be held in the United Arab Emirates from September 9 to 28 with 8 teams. Bangladesh and Afghanistan are scheduled to face each other in the ‘B’ group match on September 16. According to the draft schedule of the Afghanistan Cricket Board, the bilateral series will begin with the first T20 on October 2. The next two matches will be on October 4 and 6 respectively. Then the ODI series will begin on October 9, and the remaining two matches will be on October 11 and 14.
